About Hyperdog

HYPERDOG is a Garage-Punk band from Linz, Austria. With phased-out electric guitars, eccentric synths, lo-fi drum loops, and vocals that channel the raw energy of ’80s hardcore punk; HYPERDOG creates a sound that is both reminiscent of bands like Joy Division and Black Flag, yet remains unmistakably their own. Recorded in the winter of 2023 at Support Nothing Studios, the three-piece released their widely acclaimed debut LP ‘Frog Mountain’ in April 2024 via Swish Swash Records. After touring across Europe and Australia and sharing the stage with esteemed contemporaries such as Powerplant and Glitterer, they released their EP ‘Tales From The Mountain‘ in December 2024 via Goodbye Boozy Records. In addition to more shows across Europe and the UK, 2025 also brought a new record. ‘Dog Days’ was released in December 2025 via Supervillain PR.
